Robert E. Lockman (Bob) is a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Consultant and licensed Broker in the State of Arizona for over 35 years. He has represented over 30 communities during this time as a consultant and has facilitated the sale of over 3000 homes in Metropolitan Phoenix and Northern Arizona resort communities. Bob has been serving his clients via R.E. Lockman & Company . Prior to this he served as President of a small volume building company, and as Vice President of Sales/Marketing & General Sales Manager for some of the largest homebuilders in the Valley. He has won numerous awards including Marketing Director of the Year. He is a member of the National, State and Local Realtor Association and The Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona.

Janine Lockman Long possesses a diversified background in real estate. Experience that includes residential leasing, property management, new home sales and 10 years of management experience in residential new home operations. Janine and her father, Robert E. Lockman joined forces in November 2000. Since then, Janine and her team of sales agents have facilitated over $55 million dollars in residential new home sales. Her goal is to provide hands on sales management, staffing, training, problem solving, phasing, financing and backlog management procedures for clients who demand a higher level of professional sales and marketing services.
