Janine has also won numerous awards including Sales Associate of the Year from The Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona where she has been a member since 1985.

• Assist in locating model complex and designing sales offices.
• Assist in on-site budgets and start up budgets for Sales offices/Models.
• Follow the sale from purchase agreement to closing.
